The chamfer is cut in a relatively flat angle, it runs almost parallel alongside the throat into a sudden widening along the head and stick transition.

The frog is made of ebony with silver settings. The throat is open, the thumb-piece is rounded, without doubt similar to that of the cello bow. The ferrule is higher and slightly cone-shaped.

The slide and the elongated bottom heel is very narrow, the backslide runs parallel until the underslide. The heel is bent from one piece of silver and fixed with two silver pins. The frog sides are acutely concave.

The ring is made of a relatively thin silver plate. There is an edge along the middle part of the inner throat which we often see on the crown.

The adjuster consists of one part, it is a silver capsule sitting on an ebony core. No sign of pinning.
